We do not need our own terms and conditions as there are guidelines for landlords and tenants.
If there is any damage during your rental period, we expect you to report it immediately: +43 650 4000511, Mark We can probably handle the problem directly with your liability insurance (which is usually integrated in your household / household insurance). We have legal protection for everything else. The Austrian law for landlords of holiday apartments applies to you.
Cancellation conditions / costs:
Cancellations resulting from COVID decisions will be reimbursed minus the payment fee incurred (paypal 5%, stripe 3%).
For cancellations up to 15 days before arrival, a 0% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 14 up to 7 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 6 up to 3 days before arrival, a 75% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
In the event of no-show without contacting us, a 100% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
