Quiet time from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
1 parking space is available for each apartment. If you are arriving with several vehicles, advance information is essential. The costs for extra parking spaces (if available) will be charged separately on arrival or have to be paid in public parking spaces.
Building entrance door: The main entrance door must always be closed
Self-check-in: You will receive the code for your key safe from us 1 day before your arrival and you can use it to check in on your own from 3pm on the day of arrival without any problems. After 10 p.m. we ask you to be quiet and to show consideration for the other guests. thanks
Bürgle 3c: You have the apartment all to yourself. Also the terrace in front of your entrance door. Your parking space is located one floor below in front of the garages and is marked. If your garbage system is full, let us know or put it outside the front door, we will empty it.
Bürgle 3e: Two toilets, two showers and a communal kitchen are available for the triple rooms. Please tidy up, wash up and leave tidy. A dishwasher is available for the dishes, please arrange. Thanks. The laundry room is located in the basement on the right (passage to the terrace). You can use the washing machine and dryer (please always empty the lint filter and water container) from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please bring the laundry basket back. The garden is there for all guests, from 23:00 onwards, please also speak calmly in the garden and think of the other guests. Whoever uses the grill must clean it properly!
Watzenegg 45: Please keep the entrance area clean. The washroom is in the basement at the very back of the house (long corridor). You can use the washing machine and dryer (please always empty the lint filter and water container) from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please bring the laundry basket back. The terrace belongs to Top2 and is not for general use! The garden is there for all guests, from 10:00 p.m. onwards, please also speak calmly in the garden and think of the other guests. Whoever uses the grill must clean it properly!
Drinking water: There is drinking water in all apartments. Enjoy the good water quality of Dornbirn.
Waste separation: Together with us, protect the planet and pay attention to waste separation

Bucket with blue lid: aluminum / sheet metal / glass (is then separated again in the garbage room)
Bürgle 3c: Tell us when we should come to empty the garbage
Bürgle 3e: Your garbage room is in the basement on the left (boiler room). Here you can empty your room garbage system.
Watzenegg 45: Your garbage room is to the right of the front door in the garage. The door is open (do not lock), you can empty your room garbage system here.
Soiled shoes: In the room you will find a plastic tub for your shoes. You can also leave your shoes in front of the house entrance.
Check-out: 10:00 at the latest. Please make sure to leave the apartments on time as our cleaning team has to adhere to a strict schedule. Lock the room door and put the key back in your key safe, lock it and twist the code.
Cancellation conditions / costs: Cancellations resulting from COVID decisions will be reimbursed minus the payment fee incurred (paypal 5%, stripe 3%).
For cancellations up to 15 days before arrival, a 0% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 14 up to 7 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 6 up to 3 days before arrival, a 75% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
In the event of no-show without contacting us, a 100% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
